Ditech Welcome Email Campaign

Mortgages are bought and sold all the time, and if yours is, it's not uncommon to get a simple letter in the mail stating so. For ditech, we changed that. When they acquire a new mortgage, the homeowner now gets a series of welcome emails that help them take advange of the tools ditech offers to make having a loan with them easier.

I was responsible for the visual design as well as the content and cadence of this simple series.
